The record of what happened,
kept properly.

HR, attendance and payroll for Philippine teams. Every entry keeps its evidence, every payslip explains itself line by line, and every change knows who made it and why. Nothing here trusts a screenshot.

Demo sign-in credentials are listed on the app's own sign-in screen. Every password is published because every person is fictional.

What it is

A whole HR platform,
built to be audited.

Twenty-nine modules across a web console and an employee mobile app — and one rule underneath all of them: a number you can't explain is a number you shouldn't show.

evidence-first

Attendance that holds up

Server-authoritative time, geofence and device checks, selfie evidence, offline sync with honest receipt times, and an impossible-travel detector. Suspicion is flagged for a human — an employee is never blocked from recording that they worked.

re-runnable

Payroll you can re-run

Decimal money end to end, versioned contribution and tax tables, and payslips whose printed lines sum to their printed totals — to the centavo. Two runs over identical inputs hash identically, and that claim is a test, not a promise.

immutable

An audit log people read

Every decision carries an actor, a reason and the before/after values. Refusals are recorded too — an attempt to remove the last administrator is exactly what an investigation asks about later.

Leave & overtime chains

Configurable approval chains with manager and HR steps, balance ledgers that never go negative silently, and team-conflict warnings counted when the request was filed.

Permission, not presentation

68 named permissions decided by the server, never by hiding buttons. Scopes decide whose records; permissions decide what actions. The last administrator cannot be removed — by any route.

Evidence retention that runs

Selfies and coordinates are deleted on the schedule the organisation configures — except inside an open dispute, where deleting evidence would be the system destroying an active case.

How it thinks

Honest numbers or no numbers.

A payslip that explains itself

Every line carries its basis — the rate, the divisor, the table version that produced it. Statutory figures come from effective-dated configuration, never from constants in code, so March stays explainable in September after every rate has changed.

  • Employer and employee contribution shares, both shown
  • Rounded once per line; totals are exact sums of the lines
  • Every table version recorded on the run it produced

Suspicion flags. People decide.

Seventeen risk signals — geofence, GPS accuracy, mock location, device identity, impossible travel, clock skew and more — each with a weight the organisation tunes. A score that crosses the review threshold routes the record to a reviewer with the evidence beside it.

  • Fabricated "verification passed" claims from modified clients are ignored and logged
  • Unknown evidence renders as unknown — never as "not registered"
  • Corrections produce adjustments beside the original, never over it
The employee app

Attendance in their pocket.
Payslips too.

Time in with one tap. Location and selfie are captured only at that moment — MicaraHR never tracks anyone continuously unless the organisation turns it on, acknowledges the policy, and tells its people.

  • Offline attendance that syncs with an honest receipt time
  • Leave, overtime and corrections filed from the phone
  • Payslips with every line's basis, on the day they publish
  • Refresh tokens in the device keychain, never in storage a script can read

Direct Android install (sideload) — enable “install unknown apps” for your browser. Demo accounts and the shared password are on the sign-in screen. iOS runs via Expo in development.

See it running

Forty-one fictional employees
are waiting for you.

A fully seeded organisation — attendance history, a calculated payroll run, pending approvals, and an audit log that already has stories in it.
